On the morning of February 21, 2024, DH Logistics Property Minh Quang Vietnam Co., Ltd. solemnly held a groundbreaking ceremony to build the DH Logistics Property Minh Quang Vietnam factory with a total investment of 26.3 million USD. The project is built in Minh Quang Industrial Park, My Hao commune, Hung Yen province with a total construction area of 42,330 m2 on a land area of 70,109 m2. This is a project to build factories and warehouses for rent to serve the needs of warehousing, logistics... with 105 Construction Joint Stock Company as the general contractor. The factory is expected to be handed over and operational in December 2024.
